No Pants Subway Ride!

Back in 2002, seven people went into the New York City subway and took off their pants. They rode trains in their underwear! Now, it's an annual event!!!

This past weekend was the "9th Annual No Pants Subway Ride" organized by stunt group Improv Everywhere! Despite it being -2C, almost 3000 people braved the cold to "cause chaos and joy" on the subway trains of New York! They met up at various locations around the city before dispersing into the subways and proceeding to remove their pants, chat and read magazines as if nothing strange was going on.

YUCK!

Now this is kind of yucky!!! The New York City Health Department has released an intentionally disgusting ad in an effort to keep people from drinking sugary drinks... The ad shows a man drinking a glass of what looks like fat!!! Lumpy yellowy-orange glop comes out of the soda can that he's just opened and poured in a glass & as he drinks it, globs of fat drip all over his face!!!! The message then says that drinking just one can of soda a day can add up to 10 pounds of weight in a year!!!

What do you think of shock video ads like this one?! I can understand the drunk driving one or horrible speeding ones they had on a couple of years ago, but this one doesn't seem shocking enough to get a reaction out of me--it's just gross!
