It seems that way considering he suffered a brain haemorrhage followed by a "warning stroke"...all within a couple weeks of eachother. He miraculously survived AND managed to make an appearance on the 'American Idol' finale last night:

KIDDING! Hope you didn't have a mild heart attack at the possibility.
I tease with that, though, because his latest plea to become the repleacement judge when Simon Cowell leaves American Idol is very campaign-esque:
I can’t decide if this will help his chances of being hired on or lessen his chance due to the "he’s so annoying most of us want to punch him in the face every time he speaks" factor.

"Pants On The Ground" a rip off??
OMG -- this has to be the most ridiculous accusation ever, but what wouldn't people do for their 15sec of fame?!?!
Remember that creepy old man, Larry Platt, on American Idol that sang the now viral hit "Pants On The Ground"??
Well, apparently the Green Brothers recorded and copyrighted a song back in 1996 called "Back Pockets on the Floor" that is almost identical to "Pants On The Ground". The Green Bros. claim their rap was the original, posting (along with the below video for their own song) "This is in regards to the General Larry Platt 'Pants on The Ground.' His song is a takeoff of the Green Brothers song 'Back Pockets On The Floor.' The General's song have the same intent, idea and in part the same message." Ayayaille...

Wow--How to blow your chances 101!!
So last night premiered Season 9 of American Idol and I got to admit, the audition process is my favorite of it all! I like seeing the reaction of people, I like seeing the bad singers and, because I sometimes don't understand human nature, I like wondering why certain people just blow their chances for stupid reasons! Plus, you gotta like seeing Simon angry!!
Well, last night, it wasn't under Simon's skin that Andrew Falon got under -- it was under sweetheart Kara DioGuardi's!!! Yep--sweet little Kara that never has anything bad to say TOTALLY blew up... what provoked her?? Check it out:
