Every now and again, you're faced with an impossible choice. Which is more awesome? A bunch of crazy Russians jumping off a 5 story building into a snow pile? Or a kid trying to do the hammer throw, but forgetting to let go and smashing his face into the ground?

Oh man! I can't decide!!! Russians? Hammer throw?!?! Ahhhhh!!!! I can't decide which is going to be the Link of the Day!!!!

Ha ha ha! There are a whole series of these videos. Part of the missions in Afganistan and Iraq, involve training the peoples of the respective countries to defend and police themselves. The only way to get out of their countries, is to ensure they can take care of themselves.


During this training, it has been apparent on several occasions, that there is one key cultural difference between the West and the Middle East. That difference is.....jumping jacks! Enjoy the following videos of Iraqi and Afgan trainees failing miserably at jumping jacks!






They are, however, awesome at push ups!
