It's perhaps one of the scariest questions ever depending on your level of nice, but it’s being asked on a new website where you actually RATE your coworkers.
It's similar to sites that let people post anonymous reviews about their workPLACE, except in this case, it's about a person...which can be a lot more intense what with you getting detailed on every...little...thing that irks you.

Keep in mind, though, as much as you can rate someone, they could be doing the very same thing!
