In terms of burning 100 calories, we have:
-Changing the sheets on your bed - 50 minutes
- Ironing - 45 minutes
- Cooking - 36 minutes
- General House Cleaning - 30 Minutes
- Vacuuming - 26 minutes
- Sweeping - 22 minutes
- Gardening - 20 minutes
- Mowing The Lawn - 14 minutes with a push mower...obviously.
