David Letterman is one guy who’s known for saying it how it is along with pushing the limits right?
Well he recently took aim at the Palin family’s visit to New York and Yankee Stadium, in specific taking jabs at new teenage mom Bristol saying "There was one awkward moment during the seventh-inning stretch; her daughter was knocked up by [Yankee player] Alex Rodriguez" and "The hardest part of her trip was keeping [former New York Gov.] Eliot Spitzer away from her daughter."
I’d say those are pretty clever…very topical…and all in good fun right? Not so much taken that way by Sarah and her hubby Todd as they went ahead and assumed David was referring to their 14 year old daughter Willow, not 18 year old Bristol
Shocking they jumped to the worst conclusions right?
With that a PROTEST to get Letterman fired was organized...I dare you to not gasp and laugh at the same time with some of these comments:
With that, obviously David wasn’t fired, he went ahead and apologized TWICE and the Palin’s went back to realizing they don’t need anyone to make fun of them, whether the jokes are true or not...
They’re a joke on their own!
