Wednesday's Link

This is kinda creeeeeeeeeeepy. Some musician with too much time on his hands had a theory about DaVinci's famous painting, The Last Supper. Knowing that DaVinci was a true Rennaisance man, who was good at lots and lots of stuff (painting, math, music, inventing, katanas, pizza) he theorized that there was hidden music in the painting.

I know, I know. It sounds like the DaVinci Code, right?

Except there might actually be something to this.

Here's a picture of The Last Supper

Pretty standard, we're all familiar with that. Now, music guy thinks that the arrangement of the bread rolls, and the hands of Jesus and the Apostles looks kind of like notes on a staff. He tries this as a theory, and plays that as a song.

and the song sucks.

Guy is understandably disapointed. until he realizes that Davinci didn't read and write left to right like you or I, but he wrote RIGHT TO LEFT! So, he played the song "backwards". Check out this video, and tell me if you think he has something...

Hmmmmm. Creepy. It could be, the first thing that ever had secret backwards messages was The Last Supper! Suck it Led Zeppelin!
